How it works: For Candidates

Here’s how it works in a nutshell:

1. Once you’ve registered with us, we’ll send job emails directly to you
2. If you are interested and available, respond signalling your interest
3. If you’re the best qualified, you’ll be matched to the job which you can accept or decline
4. If you accept, you’ll be invoiced 10% of what you invoice the client for the duration of  your working for them, capped at 4 weeks
5. The quality of your work and your interaction with the Talent Registry will build your reputation and ensure more work in future
